What is Weapon Fusion?
Weapon Fusion is a new system introduced in Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered. It allows you to combine a Base Weapon with a Material Weapon to create a fused weapon that inherits elemental properties and skills from both weapons.
How Weapon Fusion Works
Select Base Weapon
Choose the weapon you want to enhance. This weapon determines the final weapon type, attack power, and base stats.
Choose Material Weapon
Select a second weapon as the material. The material weapon's elemental properties and selected skills will transfer to the base weapon.
Fuse & Receive
Confirm the fusion to create your new weapon. The fused weapon will have combined stats, elements, and skills from both materials.
Attribute Inheritance Rules
| Attribute | Inheritance Behavior |
|---|---|
| Element | Inherits element from Material weapon. If Material has no element, Base element is kept. |
| Attack Power | Calculated as: Base ATK + (Material ATK × 0.5). Rounded down. |
| Skills | Base weapon keeps 1 skill. Material weapon contributes 1 skill randomly. |
| Speed | Always inherits from Base weapon. |
| Range | Always inherits from Base weapon. |
| Rarity | Takes the higher rarity between Base and Material weapons. |
